First edition of SPRITZ 08, attended local meet in Valdagno (Vicenza), to be a slide contest event on next year. Organized inside the event “Non mi l'Agno" with the Patronage of Common of Valdagno, it has seen wide participation of riders, to show up with a restricted but interested public.

1. Upper path of the course

Stefano (Consolaro, the organizer) has set to have a demo in the afternoon, and a unforgettable concert in the Evening. A very hot tarmac, closed streets right inside a wonderful storical country, anyway a perfect hospitality and bossa dj’ing. At the time of the Aperitivo (SPRITZ) the toboga course is crowdly: riders show mandatory protective gear, and this is appreciated like an emerging sport and not just a freeride meet. Even if fully busy in public relations, yes a couple journalists, but more for youths and partents interested, Consolaro finds his way by setting the most relevant manouvers of the day. The others are not just learners, but expert themselves and the spectacle is for real: Giuly Comunello takes advantage of a personal photographer to be the Brazilian we know. Gei, takes advantage of a beer, but what stylish descents when he begins. Tobia another expert rider who accepted the invite. Mattia & brother, Ricky, Pier are easy and excited when see the people in the main square waitin’ for them.

Everybody entered the roster, me included, without fear on my wipeout, and lot of fun doing freeboard with so manyfriends.
Two hours riding at all, intense effort for all even if hill not much steep, great interest to the demo.
